Does someone know how to recreate the sound used in this very expressive synth solo by Tim Camron together with Eric Clapton on a NS2?
I´m very thankful for any suggestions.
Best!

I found an interview with Tim Carmon -
SS: What's your current stage set-up like? And how exactly do you get that synth sound on your "Old Love" solo?
TC: My current stage set-up is Organ, Rhodes, Yamaha Motif 6 and Nord Lead. The synth sound is made by 2 sounds programmed by Dave Delhomme (on the Crossroads DVD) through a wah-wah pedal. Eric mentioned the reason for doing the song was because he wanted to hear the synth solo.

Thanks a lot Ted!
And I now see that I misspelled Tims name. It´s Tim Carmon of course
His solo is really soulful I think.
Not to technically complicated but played with lots of feeling and a great sense of time and the blues.

Hi,
I have already posted this request and receive advices and a try from RedLeo, it's on NL2X but with his explanation and the pictures of the settings you might be able to recreate on NS2.....or buy a NL2.....you will look like Tim Carmin....we will play this version....the solo is not that difficult....just a lot of vibe/finesse.... http://www.norduserforum.com/nord-lead- ... t9772.html

Thanks for clearing that up. Now, maybe someone with a NS2 can make another attempt on the sound? I'd love to hear it!
