Been sifting through the forums for the best Footswitch/foot controller that is compatible with the NS2, and still a little unsettled

Possibilities
Make multiple patch/program changes mid song (Verse,Chorus, Bridge etc.)

Changes made either by patch change (Button), slot A slot B switch (Button), expression Swell in and out(Pedal), simultaneous swell in/out (Pedal)

Leslie Speed Control

Connect second Keyboard for Dual Keyboard

Possibly control other midi device, trigger effects, or send changes to ableton for effects.



Basically found most users with these units

Behringer FCB1010
Roktron Midi Mate
Tech 21 Midi Moose

I know the FCB1010 is the only controller with espression pedals, but if the others work better(easier to program, last longer, etc) then I would simply add an expression pedal.

If someone could give their insights, on the pitfalls of these devices and their capabilities, it would be much appreciated.

Recently found Roland Fc-300, but it doesnt seem compatible, with limited CC values.

Another device you might want to look at is the Logidy UMI3

I sell the FCB1010 with Chip ' one ' that makes anything you ask.

Also I made a mistake... you can't use it directly with the Nord. It is a USB device that would need you to be using the Nord as part of a setup with a computer.

should be used with a MIDI adapter 5 Pin perhaps , but necessary USB Type B
