I found a cable at amazon.es, the same is offered in amazon.de: HTGuoji DIN-Verlängerungskabel, 6-poliger DIN-Stecker auf Buchse, AV-Adapter, Audio-Buchse für Mikrofonaufnahmen (50 cm).
Works great!

Re: New Triple/Single Pedal by Kawai?
Hey folks. Sorry to dredge up an old post.
I had a Kawai GFP-3 delivered today, and it doesn’t work with my NS4.
The pedal menu says it’s not connected, I noticed that if I touch the plug against the socket without actually pushing it in, it recognises it, but it thinks I’m pressing pedals when I’m not.
Have I just got a duff pedal unit or has something changed so that it’s no longer compatible?

Re: New Triple/Single Pedal by Kawai?
is there any documentation available for the pin out / spec for NS4 triple pedal connections?
I don't have space below for the stock model big pedal but would like to do a DIY Hack for small format foot switch to access features.

Can anyone confirm this or does the GFP-3 work with the actual firmware?budgie wrote: ↑01 Aug 2024, 21:07 Hey folks. Sorry to dredge up an old post.

I’ve been using the GFP3 pedal for a year very successfully. Caveat, I haven’t updated my OS to the latest.

Re: New Triple/Single Pedal by Kawai?
I hadn’t updated mine since I bought it last November, so I was on an early version of the OS (can’t remember exactly which though). I did the update to v1.42 and it made no difference.
I’m returning the one I believe to be faulty and getting a new one delivered. As soon as it arrives I’ll update.

I have been using the kawai GFP-3 for almost 1 year, it has always worked, and it works perfectly even with the latest O.S. 1.42taxman wrote: ↑08 Aug 2024, 11:57Can anyone confirm this or does the GFP-3 work with the actual firmware?budgie wrote: ↑01 Aug 2024, 21:07 Hey folks. Re: New Triple/Single Pedal by Kawai?
I’ve just had this back from the guys at the shop where I bought it.
According to the Nord rep, the pedals are not in fact identical. The connection is slightly different. Some people have been buying them and modding them slightly so that they work with Nord instruments, but they don't work otherwise.
I smell bullshit.
