Currently "transferring" all my NS3 patches to my new NS4 ... I read some people wish they had a migration tool. There is something to be said about rediscovering an instrument, too. I'm glad I started from scratch!
Great new possibilities compared to NS3 (mostly due to the synth + effects section), although IMO workflow could be optimized:
e.g. using "VA", "FM", "WT", "SMP" or "EXT" as a five options switch button (like NS3, instead of putting "FM-Inharmonic" under "Analog"?) would have freed up an entire encoder below the screen, making it possible to set more parameters e.g. coarse detune for Multi OSC mode ... now you have to occupy double synth slots for a simple M1 organ sound recreation or am I missing something? Why dedicate a different synth category to only-Sub OSC's instead? Bring back NS3 OSC Mix section!
Last but not least: I've got sampled Juno-60 & ESQ-1 waveforms imported in my NS4 but note retriggers create a digital phase cancelation party. If I recall correctly, round robins were advertised as a NS4 capability at launch. Hopefully, the feature to assign different cycles of the waveforms to RR will be part of the next update of the Sample Editor! In combination with the possibility to limit voices per synth slot to the amount of round robins (e.g. by using [Shift] + Glide rotary when Mono or Legato is off), the synth section could be easily upgraded to any vintage polysynth, right? Can't wait to sample them all!

It would be great to have a SuperSaw with octave (like the MultiSaw 8ve), because the detune with unison feature of the SuperSaw is larger than the MultiSaw.
So a SuperSaw 8ve
And a SuperSaw 8ve+ would not be too much.

Feature suggestion - In program view - have a little dots next to the layers that are being used for AUX KBD mode.

Feature Request: Add sustain to the synth module so we have an ADSR envelope for filter and amp.

Feature Request : Add global envelope for the arpeggiator, and not just for individual notes, like the actual Amp Envelope.
Maybe in Arpeggiator/Gate Menu's button ?

Allow the user to edit the "Bank" of any uploaded samples. It doesn't make sense to me why I can't upload various samples from the internet and re-arrange them in the Sample Banks to my liking.

Will there be any more update on NS4? Seems a little bit strange that it has been so long since the last update but we're still only on V 1.46
Maybe there's no more functionality to add. Or maybe they prepair for a major V 2.0 update?
What do you think?

Given that the new Piano 6 is largely a derivative of the NS4, I’d expect we’re sticking with the Stage 4 platform for the time being. I think a lot of Clavia’s development muscle has been occupied with the Organ 3 and Piano 6 recently.
