I think the support form may (at least in some cases) go also to your local distributor, so there can possibly be some variation depending on which country you're in.

I did, when I suggested they make morph settings visible when pressing and holding (or monitor-pressing) a morph button.
The German distributor responded that the idea makes sense, and they’d pay it along.

They did not respond to two bug reports about the organ, presumably because these were already widely reported.
