And funny there's so many different stores that the Stage 3 are coming from...Kraft, Musician friend, ProAudio Star, Sweetwater, Guitar Center....etc....In Canada, we have pretty much long and Mac Quade and done....But they are really good, there is not a single town which has not a Long and Mac Quade store....Ok, "normal town", not the very small country side one....But with the current exchange rate, it's still better to buy it in Canada compared to USA....and if you have an issue with some gear, the guy who took care of you can come and help you at your place....Ok, they do it for me, I don't know if they do it for everyone....
So, someone was saying that he should have bought it from Sweetwater instead of his local store but I still think it pays on the long run to give business to your local store....Not to mention that Long and Mac Quade has an I store credit that is awesome....If you wait for specific time in the year, it's even interest free....Ok, maybe I'm a little out of topic, sorry...

Just received mine this morning from Alto Music NY. It came with Version 1.00. Will be updating ASAP.
Looks fine other than a very small ding/scratch on the lower right end cap.
Nord really should double box things that are being shipped all over the world.
Maybe they can get away with single boxing when staying in Europe but anywhere else should get more secure packaging.
Cheers
Paul

Actually Cosmo Music is showing a Stage 3 Compact in stock right now. Also Steve's and LA Music sell the Stage 3.

sweetwater called me yesterday and had one for me, but I already picked mine up Tuesday locally - so 1 more available for someone down the list from them.

Sounds like SW is getting them in small batches then. A couple of us were called Wed and a couple others stated they were told there would be more in Friday. Your comment verifies this. Looks like we'll all be having a lot of fun soon! Enjoy.

Weird mine didn't seem to come with the download sticker underneath the pitch Bend stick

@Stringstapper: By the way, your dog is "Sleepy" because of your music or is he afraid of your Upright Bass? So, you are also a bass player?

Haha! She’s sleepy because I’m using headphones! She loves to listen to the upright bass.
I’m primarily a bassist, but I’ve been playing keys to some extent for years and just decided last year to build a rig and start getting gigs.
This is a dream rig. I can’t imagine needing more than what the NS3/SV-1/Mainstage combo offers.
