I was not expecting to like this. The sounds are pretty damn good... nice FX too (String Ensemble effect is amazing)...

Expensive for a VA though... and still no aftertouch...

it does sound great. I really like the hands on FX section, this is where a lot of the competition lacks.

It looks like its going to be the same price as the Studiologic Sledge, so its not alone in that price range.

Saw the video today on Sonicstate, thought that the Logan chorus emulation was spot on. If that makes it to the Lead 4, I might get tempted to get a Lead 4R.

Actually its x2 the price. The A1 is £1299 and the Sledge is about £600 to £650 at least from looking online...

That String Ensemble is killer. A sound that went missing for too long. Well done Nord!

Wow the sledge is cheap in Europe. If you head to Sweetwater.com you can see it at $1500 USD

Studio Sledge-Polyphony 16. Nord Polyphony 24

Studio sledge 3 oscillators Nord 4 sounds at once.

Nord LOW Aliasing Frequencies

Realy is the decision that hard?
and Gustavo just commented on the price a second before me!

At least in regard to specs the Nord carries It's own weight.
