I didn‘t know that this is still an issue. Luckily I have never experienced this so far - keeping my fingers crossed from now on - although I use at least EP7 (in 6.0) immensely which I think is one of the „enhanced“ ones. Could it be that there ought to be at least one more circumstance, e. g. hardware components or firmware update order or something we don‘t know yet? I mean, hardly to imagine, but I did not install every new update. I left out the 1.42 and the 1.44 and went directly from 1.40 to 2.00. I would not believe an influence of this as I think updates always install the complete content but ... ??
As far as different hardware components are concerned would it make any sense to collect here a list of serial numbers that have this problem?
