I double checked the description of the Gator case described above; it does includes backpack straps.
Anybody use them to bring the HP keyboard around ? Feasible ?

I realize this is an old thread, but I recently purchased a Gator GTSA-KEY61 for my Stage 2 HA76 and the fit is so perfect that it's almost like having a custom case. I'm sharing this in hopes that it might be of some help. I've been through 2 Nord 76 soft cases and I could not justify purchasing another (even a cheap case should last more than a couple years). The Gator case costs slightly less than the Nord Bag, and (unlike the Nord bag) replacement parts are available. It specs out at 44 inches (1121 mm) which is the same length as both the Stage 2 and Stage 3 76-key models. The fit was so close that the first time I dropped it in I thought it might not work, but the foam compressed a little and now it's just right. The extra foam inserts can be placed in such a way that I can also fit the legs, sustain pedal, rotor pedal, and a Moog expression pedal along with power and instrument cables. Also, the case is compact enough that I can fit it across the rear seat of my car.

Hi everyone,
I just bought a Nord Stage 3 HP76. Which gig bag do you recommend? I prefer a small one, I was thinking Gator G PG pro 76 slim... The problem is that is Nord is 0.6" wider than the case...
But I had Gator for another keyboard, and I love that case. I think its perfect.
Do you think it would be a problem, the 0,6 inches extra?

Hi rondaemond (or anyone else reading),
I just bought the Stage 3 HP76 and I'm looking for a good soft case as well. Based on this discussion I think the Gator G PG 76 slim is not a good fit for the HP76. Have you tried it or found another one? I'm thinking of buying a Fusion 06, but I really like the look and build of the Gator Pro-Go series. Maybe the PG-61 would just fit since it's not a slim version? The Nord Case for the HP76 seems too bulky and heavy for me, I don't need the wheels either. I would love to have backpack straps but it's not a must.
It appears the Yamaha YSCMODX7 bag can accommodate the Stage 2EX/3 76 models. That is if you don’t mind a non-Nord logo on your bag
For a bit more money, the Gator G-PG-76 Slim Pro-Go model is a decent fit. It’s about 5 inches longer than the Stage, but the other dimensions work and it has straps to secure the keyboard down snugly. From my experience with the Pro-Go bags, they are very protective and light but just a touch on the bulky side.
Just a few thoughts.

Hi Macker/everyone,
Well, finally today I got the gator pro slim 76 case for my NS3. In my country it’s not easy to get it, so I had to figure it out for getting one from USA.
I had the experience with another gator pro slim for a smaller keyboard and I loved it.
I wasn’t sure about the size of the bag... I needed a soft, comfortable and protective case/gig bag that could fit in the backseat of my car, and after some research I think this was the one.
I have to say that the fit is not perfect. I had to force a little bit with the zippers to close it, but I still think it’s ok.

Hello, has anyone tried the soft case for Yamaha MODX7?
It is asboslutely lighter and cheaper than Nord soft case and has shoulder strap. Internal dimensions seems quite comfortable for NS3 76.
