Either they arranged that sorting for the different sample libraries and just kept it for pianos, too (unfortunate) - or they are preparing for a rupture in future compatibility. My favorite is the first version, but I'm not sure.
Stage-3-C (Rev.B 2.1) - Kawai VPC1 / Viscount Legend 70s / Yamaha CP33 - Hall of Fame & NeoVent2 - Behringer Flow-8 - K&M stands 18820+18811 / 18953+18952 - Samsung Tab S5e, MobileSheetsPro & AirTurn Duo200 - QSC K8.2s / Fischer InEars

That's strange because I also selected the Nord Stage (classic) to test it before jumping to the main NPL link and I didn't clean my cache meantime... have you tried with an InPrivate browser session?

EDIT: that's the thing! Select Nord Stage Classic and you get all 5.0 Harpsichords!
Mr_-G- wrote: 03 Jun 2024, 18:56 There is definitely an error in those pages. Why to bother to make it instrument-dependent when the old harpsichord files should be possible to load in all their keyboards instruments. Or am I wrong?

Well, they can't keep all the old stuff around forever. I know there are users here that are still running boards 15 years old, but Clavia is a business and they don't make money unless their customer base updates their equipment. This is one reason the new Piano samples keep growing - you are kind of forced to upgrade just to have enough memory to run them.

 someone has to remember this from time to time (so thanks to you Gambold and of course this is true not just for Clavia)

Yeah if you like a sample, get it in your cloud. I’ve got the L and XL of all the pianos. I don’t use the sample library much so not that concerned about those.

Looks like I'll be downloading every sound on their website. This is crazy that there are sounds that used to be available (seems like some cool synth samples I didn't know about) that I can no longer access. Gambold, I'm not sure I agree that "they can't keep all the old stuff around forever". They actually can, and they should. If they are not going to pay the extra few dollars for the storage space, they need to tell customers BEFORE they remove anything from their software/sample libraries.

 Someone could make a big TORRENT file that bundle all the pianos and samples v1, v2, v3 and v4 then share online to seed.

Nord gave us a "more modern" website and took away a huge number of libraries. And all without prior information.
This is sad.
