New organ with drawbars?

I don't believe that there will be any substantial sonic differences between the C2 and the C2D.
The reason that I think this is that Nord usually gets a little more time selling an Organ engine than it currently has with the C2.
If they've developed a new Organ engine, how would this affect sales of the C2, NS2, and Electro 3 products?

I fear you're right, Hanon ! If the B3 emulating parts were a new design, they obviously had coined a catchier name than C2D, no?

I am not so convinced with your (1), they could be motorized so that they get to their predefined values (for both sets) when you select a preset, so retaining the possibility to visualize them, but soon after they should be "disengaged" so that the player can still tweak the sound in real time and/or toggle the active drawbar set.

But what if you want to go back to your previous manual registration(s)? Need a multilevel Undo/Redo feature?

clones such as the Nord ones are not a 1:1 replica of original Hammond, so they may have enhancements, also in the preset management area.

Ok, but only if the marginal cost of those enhancements is negligible IMO. A set of 38 (thirty-eight) motorized quality sliders would not be cheap at all
