No, actually they can't. They don't make "Male" combo xlr jacks.
True, I realized that outputs are male but I could live with the exception :)

Where else can a keyboardist find satisfaction like the Key Largo? If you know of one less than 500 dollars let us all know.Where else is a key mixer with these features? Nowhere I can find....
If you think I'm letting 400 dollars vanish you are so wrong. It handles USB,Midi,A NS3-88,NS3C,C2D. Worth every penny and more.Get Nord to make keyboards,Radial to make key mixers.
These Meyer UPM-1P's are a small footprint, big sound very good on the Nords through that little 'tank'.Mind you they are actually SR and not monitors. With a sub is bonafide 123db reinforcement.

Try that E5-HP through my audio chain and you might be surprised.I have louder speakers, they just aren't Meyer.....LOL.
I'm not sure if this is directed to me or in general but all I would like is a decent balanced output instead of having to buy something else [expensive] to cater for that.
I've been disappointed too many times with DI's from the PA-supplier at the venue that didn't work, were broken, made noise, hums, only 1 available so no stereo etc. etc.
The NS3 is not a budget keyboard so in the (semi-)professional realm we move around in that would have been nice for the price-tag.

Bottom line : it's a wish, not a complaint.

Just to throw my hat in the ring, I’d be happy with TRS balanced outs, like my old K2600.

No real use for native XLR in my weekend-warrior use case.

Wouldn't be a bad thing if they included TRS and XLR,seems a bit out of the ordinary to not have features the other brands have,so I have empathy for those who feel they've spent enough.
I use a 1/4" TS pair to a single cab to sum mono for my weekend warrior gigs, and like PScooter63 long for 'less'.
The Radial Key Largo has a pair of XLR's for outputs that every tech agrees is deluxe! It is good enough to keep in the signal chain in a pro recording studio,no kidding.Nord will never supply that.
Everything is 'pedal-boarded' and stays that way.Cables run out cut to length, in about two minutes I'm ready for soundcheck.
If Nords Leslie sim was of Neo Vent quality I'd be a happy camper, one less device needed.Until then.....it stays.

I certainly couldn't. I haven't a single male-to-male XLR cable around, and I don't think I've ever seen one on a stage. DI boxes, however, seem ubiquitous. ;-)

I’m a new Stage 3 user. I’ve watched lots of YouTube videos already, even installled some purchased patches. I tend to be a power user with keyboards. In setting up layers and SPLITS, is it possible to have 3 synth SAMPLES loaded at the same time? Thx

No, it isn't possible. Your Stage 3 has two panels, A and B. Each panel can have a combination of one "organ", one "piano" and one "synth" layered and/or split. The synth can be a sample or a program for the native synthesizer. That's it.

That means you could have one synth sample loaded up in panel A, and another in panel B. There is no panel C.
I think I have gear issues ....

The only way to achieve this would be to re-sample the synth samples and then combine two of them into one sample with Nord Sample Editor by assigning them to different parts of the keyboard - but this means you have to accept some constraints like no individual effect settings for these two combined samples, limited key areas to play them etc.
