Right, this is intended for keyboardists more than synthesists specifically, which is why I am amazed at some of the missing features. Nord has been marketing heavily to a lot of gospel, jazz fusion and funk players lately. It is very common to hear a synth lead with an LFO that modulates 2 things at once in these styles. It is also very common to hear poly glide in those styles for the big chord stacks etc. And the layout overall is not what most players are used to; if you want osc sync you press the sync button, not search for the correct factory configuration. Or what if you want to shape the pulse width and also detune the second oscillator by a little bit for that chorused sound? There is unison but that is not the same thing, as nice as it can sound. etc...a lot of players don't want to spend time learning a new architecture, they want to get their sounds set up and jam.
