The usual 1st answer: View the Stage 2 program parameter here and replicate them on your Stage 3. Then post them on the Stage 3 programs -forum. Someone else might give you an entire program and not just a website link.

Using the NS2 and NS3 program viewer at nord-stage-forum-f3/ns3-program-viewer-t19939.html you can look at the details of the settings including the effects. Ditto on what Elias posted regarding posting your work on the Stage 3 site. Good luck to you.
