Now that the above problem has been solved - I have another:
On a number of the pages I am getting the following message:
Error 404 (Page not found).
For example, this happens for the first three items in the drop-down menu under the Program/Samples header.
Hope you can help.

Hi,
thanks for noting it and letting us know! Indeed was an error that was introduced while debugging the issues, now just got the settings for url rewriting set up correctiy again so it should work.
