Oh really ?? i will download and try later then !! Ta.
I can confirm that it does work with the Nord Stage Classic. The only issue is space, but for me, I just switched Lrg pianos to med and that freed up enough space.

I just made a quick "first impressions" kind of demo and I love the dinamics, the way it "barks", which is something the previous Wurly lacked. I always prefered the Rhodes Mk I because of the way it barked, but for my rehearsal room it just has too much low end, so I ended up using the Wurly. Now it seems like I have an ideal EP sample, the timbre of a Wurly that I need with great bark.

Saludos,
Gustavo

Amazing!! Thanks Clavia, this is a delight to play. Great dynamics and love the ekstra bark. This is what I was waiting for.

Now if they would please just make a new Rhodes sample the same quality as this, and a new clavinet with key-off-notes I could die a happy man(, and they could once again blow the competition out of the water in the EP department, as they used to) :)

Merry Christmas everyone.

Finally, a usable Wurlitzer! After 9 years on Clavia, I'd almost given up on being able to use them for Wurli.

(The Rhodes at least work fine when you crunch them with a little — or a lot of — distortion.)

24MB isn't that big.

If nord were really awful, they'd bring out the new Rhodes at about 500MB and then say "Well, you'd better buy the new Stage 3"

I would have a tantrum if they did that.

What I'd really like is a tool which allows me to make my own npno files. If they released this, it would be a total gamechanger.

I would like one so much, I'd be prepared to pay a fortune for it. Then I would go about sampling some proper electric pianos.

There's some detail how this one was modded and recorded via speakers, in the pictures on the soundcloud page.

The other one was presumably recorded through the line out. It must have been a pretty shitty Wurli, though, or just sampled at low velocity.

This one sounds *much* closer to what mine sounds like through the line out (mine's pretty magical, though ;) ).

It is when you've not got that much to start with!
The total memory capacity for the piano samples in the Stage EX is 256 MB, the Stage 2 has 500MB.

Size (despite what many say) is everything! ;)
