This 'unofficial' Forum is dedicated to the Clavia Nord Keyboards, including the Nord Stage, Nord Electro and Nord Piano. Discuss any issues around Nord's keyboards, share your favorite patches, samples, and music. We are not affiliated with Clavia!
Everything about Nord keyboards in general; which one to choose, the sound manager, sample editor, and general discussion about the sample and piano libraries.
They should call it the "Knocking Piano" not Bambino 6.
Same issue here on my NP5.

I would suggest that someone email the company about this, but they don't read nor respond to customer communication anymore.
If someone else wants to try, here it is. Don't bother telling your local distributor, they have no more access to the Star Chamber than anyone else does.
While he wasn't on Clavia's payroll, he was promoted on their website and Facebook page as a principal touchpoint for support, at least in the USA. And he was a very active presence on this board. While he consistently demurred about his access to Nord management, it was evident he had their ear. Once he left (suddenly and without explanation), we were told there would be a new person to take his place. That never happened, and Nord's customer support subsequently nose-dived. I guarantee that if Pablo was still here, Nord would have heard about these samples issues and fixed them.
Now the only support we have, other than this forum, is through our vendors. They are generally well-meaning and can provide some help, but they have no direct line to management either, and most of them, frankly, don't know much about Nord products other than their prices.
I've been watching this situation for some time and wondering when it will improve. I'm now of the mind that it won't, not until either Clavia is bought by a larger music company or they have a major shake-up in management. Neither of these seems likely to happen unless sales begin to slide.

Hah, I did too..although a 5.x version. I needed a honky-tonk type piano and their own honky-tonk sample is old and weak - so I'm using the Bambino with a lot of reverb and a hint of chorus - sound very old-timey.

OK! Let's see what happens. Several possibilities:
a) No response at all.
b) Auto-response thanking your for your submission, but no follow-up after that. No changes are made to site or samples.
c) Real human follow-up thanking you, "we will look into it." No changes are made are to site or samples.
d) Real human follow-up thanking you, "we know about this issue, it's scheduled for a fix." No changes are made to site or samples.
e) Real human follow-up thanking you, "we know about this issue, it's scheduled for a fix." A fix to the samples actually happens within a few weeks.
