I know this is a late reply but I have only just seen this post. Excellent job - your attention to detail is wonderful your are therefore most likely a brilliant player also!
I have a Nord Electro 5 HP of which I like the the EPs and Organ. However after a long gig my hands ache and the resistance starts to be noticable! On a recent gig where I knew I was the main soloist I took out the Studiologic Numa X which has TP110 action, described by most as an improvement over the TP 100 in the Nord. What a difference, I used the Nord over midi playing the Numa and everything was great. Now I have an intermittent key fault on the Nord, if I get a new keybed I still won't like it, so I am thinking of chopping the E5 HP into a module. If I do an organ gig I can midi in a light action master board cos I could never never play organ on the HP - just too heavy. Does anyone think that is possible/ desirable I know it have wrecked any future resale value but new Nords are now too expensive for me and I only like certain sounds.

I own a Nord Piano 2 and enjoyed it however unable to upgrade to White Grand and the Soft Piano sounds that came out 2023-2024 because the OS is too old. Then I found this Nord Piano 4 with 61 keys. I reached out to Pierre and made the appointment to see his piano 4. On that day I was searching for a Notd Piano 4 61 keys but came up empty. I was curious why it was so cheap? Only the 88 key version existed. Then found this forum! I was so impressed with Pierre’s work of cutting a 88 key to a 61, I bought it off him and in the process of setting up. It was meant to be. Now I use it as a slave to play with upgraded new piano sounds. More to come! Stay tuned.
It’s for exactly this reason I wondered why Nord doesn’t make a rack mounted (or half rack even) sound module for its sound libraries. Let people use whatever size/weight keyboard they want with the Nord library of sounds. Not too many fans of that idea except me I guess….
