The display of the sample mp3's on the nordusersounds site is the same as they are in the frame here. I can easily download the nsmp files, but cannot find a way to play the samples. The only thing I get is the actual scroll bar (presumably to fast forward/rewind or change volume.) There's no accessible button to play the samples.

You can't play nsmp files/samples on the website. You have to upload them to your Nord keyboard.
For the mp3 player I can see the play button just fine...

I understand this. I was under the impression that you had posted mp3 demos of the pads. Apologies if that was a misunderstanding and there are only nsmp files there with no mp3 examples. If that is the case that would explain why they won't play for me -- they don't exist!

No, there are mp3 demos on the nordusersound webpage, but on my iPad they don’t play as well - a known issue since a long time. Which device do you use to access it?

I'm on my standard Windows desktop computer. It will not work with screen reading software, this is something to do with how the player is designed I think.

I see - unfortunately the mp3 files cannot be downloaded from nordusersounds.com, to add them here in the thread. Maybe @Berretje still has them and can upload them here?

If not you would have to load the .nsmp samples to your Nord to check them out I’m afraid

Hello, and welcome to the Forum! Yes, but based on earlier comments you may need to rename the file extensions as ".nsmp" and let Nord Sound Manager convert them to "nsmp4" format for your Piano 5. Good luck!

After downloading the samples from this post, change the file extensions at the end of each sample file from "NSMP3" to "NSMP". Make sure you are using the latest version of Nord Sound Manager which will convert the files to the NSMP3 format when loading onto your NE6D.
