I imagined someone would ask...

I got mine in October when the Stage 3 OS update was released and got a new MIDI velocity curve. Expectations aren't high from my side.

Hoping they are working on something new for Musikmesse Frankfurt in May or NAMM 2022 in June. And hoping they get the Library 4 thing sorted out.

Or what about an Easter egg coming up?

I have kept my excitement to a minimum on this. 14 months and no update to my 2020 NW2. I know there will eventually be an update to the Sample Library (v4) but that could be months.

A great Christmas gift from Nord would be an update for the Nord Wave 2, as the latest OS release dates to October 2020. I'm sure there's SOMETHING new that could be added!

Do you mean nothing for Christmas and wait till Easter or getting a late/early Easter egg at Christmas?

I don't need anything new, just want them to fix the 3 or 4 issues already documented. It is a great board and just needs bug fixes in my opinion. I have never seen Nord neglect an instrument like the NW 2-

I can’t say I *need* a gift from Nord but man I would really love a new XL Lady D or a Ravenscroft 275, or a new Yamaha C7 recorded the same way they’ve done the White Grand….

Love what I’ve got. Would also love to keep new sounds coming. White Grand was (to my ears) such a move forward (and the existing library was already very good) I can’t wait to hear how that process applied to the next samples will sound!

I‘d love a new „perfect“ piano sample which takes the entire space of my memory, i. e. 1 GB. It could be based on the White Grand of which I like the attack and the touch sensitivity or on the Bosie Imperial, but needs a fuller sustain phase, more body at the moment you just hold the keys after attacking.

No further wishes except more gigs, and stay healthy everybody.
