I updated this project to include a Slot A/B toggle switch. I also changed the circuit / board layout to use the MIDI recommended 6N138 opto-coupling instead of the ILD615 that I used before (I experienced once some issues with the ILD in very rough emc environment, that might have been caused by the less robust couplers)
