Will this work also with DP8, right?
After the mod, on the Nord Stage 4 you get half pedal and dynamic noises?
And last question: the pedal still can be used as on/off on other keyboards?

With my mod you can get piano pedal noises on the Stage 4 (if the piano sample supports them) and the noise will vary according to how quickly you release the pedal. You can still use it as on/off pedal with the switch on the side as that functionality is separate (it uses a separate switch inside). However you won't be able to use it as a variable sustain pedal on the Roland since it will be reversed. An adapter as one user pointed out would enable you to keep the pedal unchanged for use with other keyboards.
