Howdy, Manos, from the Great State of Texas!
I might have just what you need. On Sept. 2, 2019, I posted my own hand-crafted chart of "Nord Grand Factory Presets" on this Forum. It reflects every setting for each of the 200 factory Programs pre-loaded into my Nord Grand. The three that you specifically mentioned use the Mellow Upright and the Royal Grand 3D piano samples, and yes, they are available for the Nord Piano 3 in the Nord Piano Library. You might also be interested in the explanatory information on the first two pages of the chart. (I sure didn't know this stuff when I bought my first Nord, an NP3, in 2017.) I also posted a chart for the NP3 itself, on Aug. 28, 2017, under the heading "NP3 Program Factory Preset List." I hope this helps.

I would like some Nord Grand Piano user to help me if its possible. As far as i know the piano samples are the same on nord grand an the other products.
I have a nord piano 3.
I'd like you to help me with the settings on some patches. If you press down and hold the shift key you can see the settings as far as eq compression reverb etc.
For example:
program name (A000)
piano sample name
eq settings low(value) - mid( freq and value) - hi freq(value)
reverb (type - value)
comp (if there is)

The sounds i want to recreate are these: A42 mellow upright, D11 Esbjorn Grand, D51 Up Close Grand

Thanks a lot!
I don't quite understand what help you are requesting? Are you trying to recreate these sounds from the Grand to the Piano 3 or vice versa? Or something else?
Thanks for the replay..it's easy..i want to recreate nord grand factory patches to my nord piano 3..as far they use the same piano samples :)

Got my Nord Grand today: unbelievable.
Nord Stage 3 88 feels like a toy piano in comparison.

Got it in one. There's that unique feel to the action, gives the feeling I'm playing a £80,000 piano, just heaven.

Congrats Skyko!

I've been away from my NG for a month and just played it again yesterday. It was so nice to sit down and play it again. The White Grand, with some 10 o'clock reverb and a couple of small tweaks to the EQ and BAM, there it is. An acoustic piano that sounds and also feels like one while playing. Nice!

Re: Nord grand mono piano?

Opinion about mono piano sample? Is there any valid mono piano sound in the grand piano Library? Could be useful. (Korg grand stage, as a reference, offer dedicated mono piano samples!)

All samples are stereo and you can press the mono button to make it mono-ish -- but some work better than others in mono.

The White Grand works fine for me in mono (either just using the right channel or pressing the mono button). From previous use, I think the Bright Grand may also work in mono.

oh yes, MONO on Nord GRAND, heaven for certain jobs. can't remember if the stage 3 does this? even though I have the stage 3 here, I'm getting ready to install it in the studio officially this week, a friend and cabinet maker has kindly donated a custom built piano console stand for the grand and stage 3, also a mac workstation desk, it's on it's way shortly.

I never thought I'd be that pleased with the mono function, oh, also the "Deep" setting for effects, not found on the NS3 unless I'm missing something lol
