I think my problem is the same as what is described here: http://www.norduserforum.com/viewtopic. ... 91&p=48190

Pablo, do you know if that particular problem is solved?

Hi Jazzyfi,

That fellow has a 12+ year-old instrument and may well be looking at a component level problem on the mainboard (and he never did contact me). This is MUCH less likely in your case. Plus, didn't you say that applying pressure at some point or another eliminated the problem on your instrument? This does suggest the possibility of a cracked trace around the 1/4" connector.

FYI, your support form submission will be read in Sweden, but it is the French distributor who should be responding to you. You can also look up their contact info on the Nord website and contact them directly.

Bless,

Pablo

That would be the Dutch/Belgian distributor.. But then, I do recognize the flag better. 8-)

arrggh...apologies on top of apologies...

with regard to my earlier comments on warranty issues, I am not familiar with how these things operate in EU, and am also ignorant as to whether your instrument is older or younger than two years, so my comments in that regard were probably out of line. Sorry for that. Still, for the benefit of those who may read this thread in future, I'll leave those comments up -- perhaps they may apply to someone else someday.

reminder to pablo: proof posts twice prior to submission

bless
