Thanks anotherscott, that sounds like a feasible workaround even if the thought of menu diving on the Korg is a bit daunting!

Could also insert a filter in between the Nord and the Korg. A PC running Midi-Ox would do, or pick up an old DMC MX-8 on ebay for ~$50 and have access to FOUR ZONES, plus lots of other nifty stuff like MIDI ECHO based on either ms or bpm/note value. They are really GREAT devices and because few people know about them or want them any more, they can usually be had quite cheaply.

Bless,

Pablo

I've finally got round to getting this sorted.

My solution is to use a Mutable Instruments Midipal to split the Electro midi out. This is similar to Pablo's solution (thanks Pablo - I've got the DMC unit as well!).

Rather than use the Korg, however, I've picked up a Moog Minitaur. The Minitaur is awesome and it blends well with the electric piano sounds too.

So it's the moment of truth tomorrow when I play a couple of short sets live. The Electro's organ and epiano sounds will be DIed straight into the PA and the Minitaur will be going through a bass amp.

This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship...
