nord stage 2 flash error!

Out of the blue my Stage 2 EX displayed the same error message, and unfortunately it's 15 months old. I'm anxiously awaiting word from the repair shop. Nord has a reputation for quality and charges accordingly for their products. Given the Stage 2 EX is Nord's flagship model I'm hoping Nord steps up and back their products. Pablo has been in touch and very helpful (Thank you Pablo!).

I have to say that Nord really stood up and solved my problem, I'm very impressed with the quality of their warranty and service. Thank you Nord and thank you Pablo.

for the record, the user here purchased a Nord Keyboard Stand EX used online and the product was delivered without hardware
replacement screws were sourced locally to make it work

it was later discovered that the screws used were too long; one of them interfered with one of the keys on the instrument when screwed all the way in -- preventing it from playing at all

it was theorized, but not proven, that the initial mainboard failure in this case was similarly caused by one of these hardware screws from the leg kit protruding too far into the unit and shorting out something on the mainboard

sometimes the littlest things can cause the biggest problems!
