When you play back the Cubase song, turn down the Nord's volume knob to zero and see if that fixes the issue.
If it does, you're seeing phase cancellation due to the fact that the Nord is still playing along with the recording of itself, but with a couple milliseconds delay.
Make sure to not just solo the audio, but actually MUTE the MIDI.
