It's not perfect, but ok when speaker is on stand, however there is a hiss noise probably caused by ground loop - noise is even when no inputs are connected, anyone has advice how to eliminitate noise using one speaker?

A grounding issue would result in a 60Hz hum, not a hiss.
The hiss results from the amplifier being turned up too high. Instead, feed your amplifier a stronger signal (gain), and turn down the amplifier. With proper gain staging, you should be fine.

All inputs are set to volume 0, there are no input cables connected either...
