Thanks Jabs3266. Same happened to me today and all I needed to do was to follow your advice in the paragraph above. Just to make it clear to any other MacBook Pro user, Open "Finder" and you will find "GO" on the toolbar. When you click "GO", "home' is in that menu. Follow Jabs3266 instructions from thereon.

This worked:
1. The Home folder can be located by opening Finder and then within the “Go” menu choosing “Home”.
[The Home folder is root for a lot of user directories such as Documents, Music etc.]
2. Within this folder there should, as mentioned, also be a file named "Nord Sound Manager-user name”, [/list]
3.Move this file to the trash.

I was confused with the same issue. Just removing that little 4K file fixed it!

This is an old thread, but I was having the same issue with Sound Manager 9.10. Going to the home file and putting the Nord thing in the trash solved it. Thank you!
