I'm thinking my problem might be due to the fact that my nord drum unit is using os 0.90. No matter what I try, I have not been able to get the update. I've used 2 different USB/ Midi interfaces on both a MAC and Windows computer. I always get the timeout/error message. Does anybody have any advice on this topic?

Sorry to hear!
-OS0.92 should also work fine, so strange, but very frustrating that it also won't do the update!
-one thing; make sure you connect both MIDI in+out to do the update! (sorry I didn't mention this before!
but in case you already knew+tried, you perhaps should try to contact Pablo

I really appreciate everyone's help. I finally attempted a 3rd midi/usb interface and all my problems went away. Thank the lord!

Hello Jtmeag4!
please , could you post which midi/usb interface you are using?. I'm experiencing the same problem with two different midi/usb interfaces and really appreciate any recommendation. Thank you.
