Off the top of my head it could be something in the studio (if both were recorded in the same place), or something in your room resonating with those frequencies, although the former is a relatively elementary mistake to make. Decent monitor speakers shouldn't really have resonances at those frequencies, it is much lower that things get modal on small speakers.

Try a sine sweep of your room, paying particular attention to those frequencies and their harmonics, although if it is something loose in the room it may need a particular combination of frequencies to excite it. One thing I don't miss is trying to find which bit of an acoustic piano is causing a particular buzzing or resonance, that can take forever, particularly if it's an old one. Although number one check is for pencils etc. under the keybed, number two for loose bolts, screws etc. on the frame or structure, those cure about 50% of rattles.

OK I tried today. If you crank up the treble of the equaliser, you will hear some ringing in most notes. I just guess that this is the nature of the instrument that was sampled.
I can't hear a particularly different amount of ringing in the 2nd F from the middle C, though.
