Thats actually a really good idea. Although I'm guessing that the 'SetListMaker' side of the app would play a very small part with this "NordSoundManager". I kinda like the idea of merging a lot of elements, sound management (sorting out programs and patches) + sound control (synth adjustments and stuff) + set list, within one app rather than have them separately like what Yamaha had done with their apps for the Motif series.

Having said that, I read somewhere on this forum that Nord had initiate the apps for iDevices plan but it was cut short due to incompatibility issues with Nord's files and the Apple language. To be honest I'm not convinced by the 'excuse' since they managed to make iNordDrums thingy. But there could be more which I have no idea, benefit of the doubt!

I hope someone from Nord would check out this post and provide us with some details.

Ps. I guess by combining TouchOSC and SetListMaker together, would create quite an exciting app!

Sending MIDI to a device and sending sounds to it via a custom USB protocol are not the same thing.

Anyway, it would be really nice if they'd made something like a mobile NSM version, even if it was just for Android.

Actually I wasn't thinking that far. lol. just a similar interface as the current NordSoundManager plus perhaps SetListMaker-type thing would be far more than enough for me.

Cos I dont think i'm gonna wanna upload sound via i-devices... i think it'd just stop the world from spinning altogether!

Hi, need a little help.

I have made a show and added 20 songs. In the song "edit" I have used midi learn and saved the midi info.

But when i hit perform my NS2 dont change sound when I change songs in artist maker. What to do?

Your NS2 do nothing or wrong things?

The Version 3.0.4 has a problem with the perform modus, it would be fix in version 3.0.5

If NS2 do nothing, please check midi-menu. Maybe you have deactivate the receive midi message?

Hello to everyone, I have a "problem" with set list maker.I love it but i can not upgrade for midi fuction, at my country (cyprus) is not available for cypriot app store . Any ideas?! Any hacking tricks?

Sunrizer, GarageBand and iMS-20 etc works Great with My NS2 (midisignals from ns2 to iPad). But How do i send midi from iPad to ns2 thrue setlist maker?

In your first postimg you told that you can read Midi data in Setlistmaker from NS2. Ok, your Midiport on iPad seems to work. In Setlistmaker you have to go to setup and set under "settings" and "midi devices" your NS2 on Midi channel 1 . Your NS2 must set in pannel settings (each patch) on "Midi send and receive" and on Channel 1
Please check it and if it dont work, we have another look whats wrong.
