Stage 3 -88, lost all midi send/recieve .

Yes, have read the manual and set to global midi send, USBworks...but again limited as the Extern buttons are dead, non responsive. So the midi 5 pin in/out on the Stage 3 needs repair. I contacted the only Seattle authorized repair shop, Condor, and they need $175 to look at it after a 4-7 week waiting list. I shall pass on repair for now.

While waiting, for the buttons not working (which ones exactly?) you may open your NS3 88 and check/reseat the connections between the Mainboard and the Panel Boards (just to exclude any simple cause)
