FOH mix to the aux input?

I've also used a Behringer Flow 8 as my personel monitor mix.
But its a bit over kill when all you want is to mix a monitor from FOH and your Nord.

I agree that there are less expensive options, if you don't need complex routing. I actually do not only use it as IEM-Mixer, but also as Keys-Sub-Mixer. At the moment mainly to be able to mute my main-out signal to FOH, while still being able to practice silently on stage over my IEM. This way I have the option to simply add a second board. I also use it as USB-audio-interface for my iPad...
