I guess the bug is in the firmware, as otherwise they would not have mentioned PC to OFF in the update notes for v2.60 unless this does realte to the PC setting on page 7 of the External Settings, and not on "send on load" settings for PC on page 6 of the External Settings. Also having always sent a PC value when sending MSB and/or LSB is not what you want I guess ....
I contacted Nord through the Feedback form at their website expalinign the issue and got a response within 2 hours that a support ticket was opened for thise case - let's see what the reply will be on this, I'll keep you posted
