I'm not sure what you are looking for: A deck saver would be something I might use at home - but I don't understand how you want to use it while travelling. And the hard deck savers I found are all for smaller keyboards - probably for a technical reason.

I'm looking for a hard plastic panel 2 mm thick that perfectly fit the front of the board. So it protect from dust, chocs, liquids, sunlight, scratch, animals.. and it's a light so you can use it inside a softcase and travel with it

Just get a fitting piece of plywood, add two blocks of wood on the side an some felt to it and you can place it on the sidecheeks of your piano.
Maybe some additional stop blocks are needed so that it cannot slide off the top.

I wouldn't try to travel with a hard panel cover inside a soft bag: If it's getting displaced during travel, it may shear off some knobs. More danger than without in my opinion.
