Haha im not really happy for this nord grand 2 .. the good thing is before 5 days i sold my nord grand because i was expecting the grand 2

But i expected more adds than just a b panel and 2 synths.. and just synth memory at 1gb.. i wanted more piano memory than just 2gb… from stage 3 they stuck on 2gb.. from 2017 and we have 2024.. they should at least make it 3gb..

Anyway lets see in 2 years if they make stage 4 ex how much they will upgrade it

Dam a $1000 price increase that's steep for so little change.

Which may be close to the same because tax is not included in US MSRP. We are just not used to list prices without tax in Europe.

I wouldn't moan too much at the price. If I were shopping for a home digital piano instrument. this would be at the top of my list.

Those not familiar with the Stage 4 may not appreciate just how useful some of these upgrades are, enough to put it in a class of its own.

Dual piano engines w/sliders, dual sample engines w/sliders, unison mode -- very musically useful, dynamic compression -- evens out your playing nicely, better FX, per-layer FX -- very useful.

All this on top of a solid Nord build, Kawai action, etc. Very attractive option for a home instrument.

It is certainly going to have access to whatever the Piano 5 has access to.
I would have thought so too, but it's showing 1 gig of sample library 3.0?

I think it is just an overlook in the comparison chart, since the NG2 Sample Synth specs look the same as NP5 which require the 4.0.
Good catch anyway
