I'm not surprised, the organ is hugely loud compared to pianos and many of the samples. It's very easy to cruise along playing multiples songs using the White Grand...then you switch to organ for a tune and you are blasting over everyone.
My recommendation is to use pre-sets for the organ samples, so that you can modify and save their volumes in advance. I have a B3 manual pre-set that I use all the time, both for immediate access and for building other registration pre-sets. Its volume has been tested against the pianos to make sure they are relatively equal.
