Yes, rotor balance it's gone in NS4

It works that way by design. When you select a program, the lights will reflect the levels set in the program irrespective of where the sliders are positioned. As soon as you move any slider for a layer turned on, the level will jump to where the slider is positioned. A wish list item Here is for Nord to provide a global option for sliders to "jump" or "catch". Catch would allow you to move the slider and nothing happen until it reaches the LED setting.TheAnthProject wrote:Is it just me, or when you change voices, the lights and slide bars don't match. For instance, the red LEDs will all be lit up, but the slider is only halfway. Is that a default (thereby a feature?) or a bug? I can produce a video if that helps explain it.
That is not a problem on my NS4 Compact using a Yamaha FC7 pedal. In general I am afraid this topic can cause the impression that the NS4 is a immature product. If the reported issues is a problem for you I would wait to buy until fixed. For me it works flawlessy but I miss the song list mode.jdc2991 wrote:Organ swell pedal does not work on startup - I have to unplug-replug it to work after I start the NS4
This is a good example of why I've requested folks to separately post their issue/bug so it gets discussed and possibly resolved without adding to the content of this post. With regard to the impression the NS4 is an immature product, I don't know of any keyboard released that didn't have bugs to be fixed in future OS releases. Clavia (Nord) is great at resolving bugs and responding to issues, but it helps to have a list of known issues/bugs so folks can weigh whether any are deal-breakers or ones they can live with. I'm actually surprised by some items that I hope are oversights (Leslie rotor balance not available for example) and not design decisions. Take care.Valpurgis wrote:That is not a problem on my NS4 Compact using a Yamaha FC7 pedal. In general I am afraid this topic can cause the impression that the NS4 is a immature product. Thank you. Do you have a link where this was discussed?mrgkeys wrote:External is not capable of turning off its keyboard zone yet apparently and an External is also not able to send program changes if the External Midi Out and Aux KB midi IN channel are the same.
It is mentioned in the printed manual but does not show up on my HA73. The same goes for the organ key click option „low“. Only „normal“ and „high“ are present.Jo Osantos1 wrote:Am i the only only one missing the B3 Rotory balance between the Bass and Horn? I can't find this configuration..
