Ah. Yes, being able to quickly transpose only one sound (as opposed to your entire split/layered combination of sounds) is a nice function. The Yamahas I was talking about (e.g. Montage, MODX) can't do that at all, you have to menu-dive and shift a sound by 12 semitones, not very live- performance-friendly. ;-)
