Bouncing could be a problem, if it does it also when moving gently then maybe you need to open NS3 and re-tighten the wheel to the pot?

Bouncing is the word I was missing in my description

.... I will monitor it and if it get's worse I will open the nS3 and see if I can fix it. Thanks all!

Perhaps your connector is a bit loose. I had this problem and followed the advice on this post which fixed it on my NS3C:
