when I do organ smears on my NE 3......the keyboard goes with it !

I mean, it nearly slides off the kybd stand....I love the light-weight aspect of Nords
but this can be a problem as you can imagine.

Don't think velcro strips would be strong enough to hold the board in place.
Any one ever had this issue ? Or how to fix it ?

thx
You need a heavy duty stand to hold up your Nord. Here is what holds up my Nord. I do the organ smears on the "stand" and the use the Nord for piano sounds. ;) Just joking a little...

What I really do (even for the rig in the photo) is use light contact cement to glue thin non-skid foam shelf liner to the bottom of the Nord. That prevents the Nord from sliding around on whatever it's sitting on - an X stand, a table-type stand or even a Hammond organ. In the photo, the NS3 Compact is simply sitting on the organ, with the Nord's front feet hanging in from of the lip of the organ's top panel which prevents the Nord from moving backwards. The Nord's back feet are hanging in the air a couple of inches from the back of the organ.

Be careful, Schorsch! That photo is just way too convincing. Great image.
