Something else I forgot to mention in my earlier post...
Quite a few of Nord's samples are not actually their own, but are property of other companies such as PrecisionSound, SampleTekk and ProjectSam. So this is potentially going to be a lot more messy because they are not only selling Nord's own samples but samples from others who actually do have libraries available with the same content already.

They’re only selling the pianos, as far as I can see.

It's not very clear what you are trying to say. Sounds derived from the Nord sample libraries for other platforms are probably illegal - no matter who the final copyright and content holder is. It might be messy for lawyers, but not for us users.

Yes, I am saying it is probably going to turn out worse for the people behind this operation as more companies have the chance to get involved with it. If anything it is more illegal, because I'm unclear if Nord has directly issued a license agreement for sampling their boards but these other samples are coming out of software libraries which do have very clear guidelines for what can be done with their content, and certainly redistribution whether free or paid is against all of their licenses.

Well now we know there's life in Clavia yet! Some of us were starting to wonder

Right, I was thinking it sure would be nice if they could release updates for their products this fast too!

Looks like someone else is doing this now! LOL
Notice they don't specifically mention Nord by name, just "red keyboard..."
Given how quickly the last one was taken down I figure it was worth posting here in case Nord is unaware of this one.
I had actually seen the files inside one of this company's previous products and they were almost certainly ripped from another competing VST, as the instrument names, number of velocity layers, file names etc were identical...

How about this guy too?
The synth pads are fantastic there, I wonder which gear they were sampled from.

I forgot about this one too, that developer Junior Porciuncula is selling other libraries from different brands too (Yamaha CP88, Roland Fantom etc.) That one would be difficult to get taken down because the actual libraries only appear to be available if you contact the guy directly on WhatsApp.
