Brand new Stage 4 hammer action, in the middle of rehearsal B just below middle C is suddenly stuck down. I gently lift the key but it only comes part way up, and it doesn’t sound so…..
I’m about to drive several hours tomorrow to the authorized repair shop after opening a claim. I figure why not search the forum.
