Bizarre for both Nord and MusicStore - I would have expected more activity from the guys in Cologne

I had to wait almost 1 month to get my Nord piano 4 returned and repaired.
You are at 1 month and half since you sent it, It shouldn't be too long now but you shoud write or call them everyday to have news (both Nord ans Musicstore).

Update
Thanks to Jeroen Kwakkenbos, Music Store sends me a new Nord Piano 5.
I still wonder what was the wrong with the other one.
Music Store and especially Jeroen

Problems with Nordstage 3

Nordstage 3 display: Piano broken. After 5 attempts I installed it new. During the last Gig the keyboard produced a few times a terrible distortion noise, one or two seconds long. A restore with the factory reset or my own backups does not work. "Installation failure" Newest OS on Keyboard and Soundmanager. What can I do??

I have about 10 of continuous playing on my Piano 5 with no issues. As an aside, I always keep this in mind when see product problem reports on the internet: A problem product is far more likely to result in a post than a no-problem product and generate far more comments/share/reposts than a non-problem. This always "amplifies" the buzz about issues with products, and typically lowers any rating scores from what you would see if every owner had to post a 'true' rating. If there was a way to see how many members of this forum include a particular Nord keyboard in their gear list, we could do some semi-baked statistics on the percentage of owners of that keyboard reporting an actual hardware or software problem.
