Actually, there is a setting called ‘Sobriety’. These guys are SERIOUS about giving this thing the authentic human drummer experience. As for the womanizing, it’s probably on its way in the next firmware update.. 8-)

This is a fake photo, right? No? Uhm.

So that will mean:
Sober = plays like a robot
One beer = human pro
Tipsy = audible imperfections
Drunk = challenge to play along (only for study purpose)
...

Absolutely legitimate I assure you (I’m not THAT good at Photoshop). Actually, as none of the drum patterns are quantized, even the Sober has a very natural feel. Subsequent hits on a particular drum or cymbal vary slightly from the previous hit. There are times when I almost feel I’m playing with a person and that’s really what the manufacturer concentrated their focus on and touted as a strong point of the pedal.

Nice pedal setup. The Beatbuddy is on my wishlist too. I like the setup where you put the Beatbuddy and the external pedal on your triple pedals. Nice space saver.
Some music I play keys on Apple and Spotify

I’ve had to temporarily relocate the pedal to the right hand corner of my Stage 3 while I audition through all the available beats and pick out my favorites. The footswitch stays where it is, though.

That "extra port' is for the authentic drummer flatulence setting. Don't stand directly in front of it.

They offer a per-song purchase, bundles or their 2021 full library. The latter not containing their extra library from GrooveMonkee which is almost another 200 USD. You can save a bit at the moment if you are going directly to https://groovemonkee.com/ and either purchase their BeatBuddy bundle for around 150 USD or buy single packages for half the price for the next few days.

I just ordered the BeatBuddy and am curious to see what it will be able to give for a bit of jazzy feeling.
