I had a look at the Etsy link and I thought: I could try to make this myself
I've got a 3d printer myself for about 3 months, so this should be a good challenge.

I did some measuring of the original block that is on the back of my NS2 for holding the music stand.
After some fiddling around in Tinkercad, I managed to create a working "prototype".
It even fits on the back of my NS2 where the original piece was.

One downside: I lost the hole for the music stand, but I'm not using that anyway.
Not sure if I keep the text StageTag, because it makes it a bit more obvious that there is some sort of tag inside

Well done for a first try! Too bad you used the music stand bracket, as this is where your iPad holder could go

It is certainly possible to create a part that connects both the bed for the tag and the bracket for the music stand

Yes, it is!

But since I don't use that hole (my stage is beneath another keyboard during the show so I can't use it anyway), it was not a requirement for me.
