Yamaha FC-7. I have six of these (seven if you count an FC-9) and they haven’t let me down once. They’re not expensive and they almost match my Hammond C-3’s pedal.

Had one get a short in the cable and two that came apart. The current one I've had for a about 3 years. Definitely Love the sweep on it!

With very little effort and using a piece of stereo cable it should be possible to fix it.
