AFAIK the policy is that the local distributor (and/or the local authorized seller) is your first point of contact, in UE if you buy from a different country then THAT country's distributor/seller are your point of contact.Hlaalu wrote:It does seem as if the geographical factor is having a big role in how (and if) the Support responds.
