PS: I found out that the octave setting for slot A is 0 and for slot B -1 (different on picture).
And the effects are enabled but in my NS they are off, except Amp settings for slot A and reverb for overall.
For the rest the settings are looking ok.

I want to create this one for the NS3. In the program viewer I see sample 42 and 10 are used. But what are these samples?
